ADAPTIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PELAYANAN BALE PANANGGEUHAN DI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI JAWA BARAT
Isi Artikel Utama
Abstrak
The government must take into account the growing urgency of the need for more adaptive services. One such adaptive service that concentrates on law, health, and educational services is Bale Pananggeuhan. This redesigned service is now simpler and less bureaucratic. The West Java Provincial Secretariat has demonstrated that the requirements of the people of West Java are being correctly and successfully met, with the General Bureau serving as the main sector in the implementation of one-stop services through Bale Pananggeuhan. The goal of this research is to use the notion of adaptive governance as an analytical tool to examine how Bale Pananggeuhan services are implemented. Using both primary and secondary data, this study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology. Word Cloud and Hierarchy Chart representations were used in the NVivo12 method of data analysis. Thus, the usage of NVivo 12 for data analysis to produce a thorough research piece is the author's contribution to this study. This method highlights the necessity of Bale Pananggeuhan as an adaptable service by analyzing the discussion's outcomes and incorporating tool use.
