Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to JCPGS : Jurnal Critical Policy and Governance Studies undergo the following review process.
- Initial Screening
The editor conducts an initial screening to assess the manuscript’s suitability with the journal’s scope and compliance with formatting requirements. - Review Process
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to reviewers through a double-blind peer review system, where both author and reviewer identities are concealed. - Reviewer Evaluation
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on scientific quality, originality, methodology, clarity of analysis, and contribution to the field. - Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor decides whether the manuscript is accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected. - Revision
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewer comments within the specified timeframe. - Publication
Accepted manuscripts will proceed to publication according to the journal’s publication schedule.
